Guest Passes
As is the case every year, beginning the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend (5/25/13) you are required to provide two guest passes for a Saturday, Sunday or holiday.  The two pass rule pertains to a single day stay.  A weekend pass (Friday night 8:00 p.m. through Monday morning 8:00 a.m.) will require only three passes per car.

Beach 208th & Beach 219th Street Booths Extended Days/Hours
The days and hours for these booths will be extended to accommodate the increased traffic due to the ongoing construction.  The new schedule is as follows: Monday through Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  

New Roxbury Booth
Security will open and man a new Security booth at the Park End Lot and State Road beginning this weekend.  This booth will be manned seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Garbage and Debris
Please be reminded of the regulations for the dumpsters provided by the Mayor's Housing Recovery.

• Dumpsters cannot be over-filled and must be level with the top of the dumpster or they will not be picked up.
• ONLY storm debris and debris from home clean outs are permitted to be discarded in the dumpsters.  
• Dumpsters will not be picked up if debris and materials are surrounding the dumpster and access is impeded.
• Hazardous household items such as paint, bleach, household garbage and new construction materials are not permitted in dumpsters.
• Dumpster site inspections will be conducted by authorities responsible for the dumpsters to ensure that these guidelines are being followed.

If these guidelines are not followed, we run the risk of losing the dumpsters.  The number of dumpsters provided to us is limited.  The Coop is monitoring and must make requests for pick up when dumpsters are full.  Shareholders should NOT contact the contractor directly.  Issues with dumpsters should be referred to the Coop Office.  

Gift Card Drive
The Breezy Point Cooperative in conjunction with Operation Blessing is still collecting gift cards to send to our neighbors in Oklahoma to help them in their time of need.  Gift cards can be dropped off at the Cooperative Office Attn:  Theresa Flanigan.  Jodi from Operation Blessing is on site in Oklahoma and will directly distribute to those who are in need.  Our hearts and prayers go out to all those affected.

Memorial Day Weekend Concert
Featuring Head Over Heels and Head and South – Saturday, May 25th – Colony Theater -- $20.00 pp – BYOB – Doors open at 8:00 p.m. – tickets need not be purchased in advance.
